After coming across this company for the first time a few weeks ago, I was immediately impressed that AMNG has managed to stay afloat amidst the sea of failing companies we're hearing about on an almost daily basis.

Even previously world dominating companies such as General Motors are going out of business due to their inability to adapt to the ever changing demands of the marketplace, but this is not the case with AMNG!

AMNG's ability to properly adapt and their keen sense for market trends is what have blown me away about this company!

When I was researching dozens of companies looking for our next big winner a few weeks ago, I discovered that one company I came across, AMNG, was relocating its corporate headquarters. This signaled to me that there were some changes taking place within the company. I decided to take a closer look.

Further research led me to the fact that AMNG had just undergone substantial restructuring as it was navigating through the changing world economy, which as I previously stated, is a very rare thing for any company nowadays, let alone a relatively unknown up-and-coming company like AMNG.

In addition to the relocation, I unearthed some very interesting information about AMNG deciding to adjust their business plan to focus in large part on the Asian markets for their optical media products within the company's Tranzbyte division. Let me explain....

The company's Tranzbyte division focuses on the development and marketing of optical and solid state media enhancement technologies such as DVCD(TM), CDMX(TM), and FlashCDMX(TM) for DVDs, CDs, and Flash Ram respectively.

The technology I'm most excited about is AMNG's breakthrough DVCD+ technology. This technology combines some of the best features found in DVDs and audio CDs and will enable disc duplicators and replicators worldwide to deliver DVDs to consumers that include value-added features not found on standard DVDs.

DVCD+, among other things, enables consumers to convert music found on the DVD soundtracks to audio CDs in order to enjoy the music in places where a DVD isn't typically found (ie: a car). This is why the technology is called "DVCD+" as the name is a hybrid of "DVD" and "CD."

Also, DVCD+ can also include photos, video games, or other digital content that can be exported to any approved player device including personal computers or cell phones.

Music and video entertainment Industry visionary, Artie Ripp, the president of Ripp Entertainment in Hollywood, California, is the co-inventor and exclusive distributor for this innovative new technology. According to Mr. Ripp, "DVCD+ packs an incredible number of features into a standard DVD format. The extra features can be enjoyed on the disc, itself, while many others can be exported to any other approved player devices including users' computers and cell phones. Ripp Entertainment is thrilled to present DVCD+ to the world," states Mr. Ripp.

Features found on AMNG's enhanced DVCD+ product include the ability to:

-- Play full fidelity, lossless music on a PC or Mac computer.

-- Play full length video from any DVD player, PC, or Mac computer.

-- Easily transfer music from the DVCD disc to any portable player.

-- Share selected song tracks or videos with friends for a limited time.

-- Permit content owners to insert online and offline banner ads targeted
to the genre preference of their retail customer.

-- Display support in multiple languages requiring only a single
production run.

-- Display targeted imbedded coupons that consumers can print at home and
redeem at real-world locations.

-- Reduce production costs to owners resulting from the elimination of
their need to insert a bonus CD in their premium DVD packages.

I, as an average consumer, can really appreciate the amazing mobility this technology allows. The trend is clear....consumers want the ability to have their technologies work together. We don't want certain disks that only work with certain players. Nor do we want to be prevented from taking music or video from a CD or DVD and putting it on our iPod.

Obviously, I'm not the only one who feels this way. Just two weeks ago AMNG announced the signing of a huge agreement with Hong Kong's PanPacific Business Ltd. that will allow PanPacific to exclusively use DVCD+ on its music and theatrical DVD releases.

In exchange for its exclusive, PanPacific has agreed to use DVCD+ on a minimum of 400,000 units per year which potentially represents millions of dollars in revenue for AMNG!!!!!

In addition, the contract terms call for PanPacific to pay AMNG a royalty of $0.20 for each unit incorporating the technology!!!

I mentioned near the beginning of this email that barely anyone has been paying attention to AMNG, but the news release about the huge agreement between AMNG and PanPacific is what changed things.

When investors read that release and realized what a huge discovery AMNG was, the stock shot up from $.12 to $.24 before settling back down to its current price of $.16 per share.

I imagine that many people were shocked to find out how little attention this company was getting considering the major developments taking place. I know I was.

But you have to remember what I stated earlier....that AMNG just recently restructured their entire business. The investing community has been slow to realize this, but I don't expect that to be the case for long.

I believe we will see more and more investors begin taking notice of AMNG and the fact that the stock could be multiples higher very soon.

The agreement with PanPacific set off a flurry of activity for AMNG, and I would suspect that if the company were to release another significant piece of news, that the lid would finally be blown off this stock for good.

I'm telling you right now....if AMNG comes out with big news again, WATCH OUT!

That's the beauty with AMNG....it's the type of stock that is likely to reward both short-term traders as well as long-term investors in my opinion.

As word begins to spread about the amazing progress this company has been making in recent months, traders are likely to start taking positions in hordes which, in my opinion, could cause AMNG to easily triple or quadruple from its current price.

Similarly, as the long-term viability of AMNG's new focus on optical and solid state media enhancement technologies such as DVCD+ proves itself and allows for further revenues and growth, I think AMNG could be a 10-bagger in the coming months and years.

The bottom line with AMNG is this....I haven't been building up this stock to you for two weeks to have it end up being a disappointment.

I'm more convinced that AMNG is going to be a huge winner for us than any other company I've come across in months, maybe even years.

I will be sending out a few more pieces of pertinent information on Sunday, so in the mean time, enjoy your weekend and feel free to email me with any questions regarding AMNG.

This is it people....AMNG just released huge news about another contract with Hong Kong's PanPacific Business Ltd.

Remember, when AMNG announced two weeks ago that they would allow PanPacific to exclusively use DVCD+ on their music and theatrical DVD releases, the stock jumped from $.12 to $.24 before settling back down to its current price of $.16 per share.

Now, just a few hours ago, AMNG released more news detailing their decision to allow PanPacific to represent AMNG's new FlashAlbum product in Asia.

PanPacific has agreed to use the technology on a minimum of 1,000,000 units per year which could mean millions of dollars in revenue for AMNG should the product prove popular with consumers in PanPacific's growing music and entertainment concert business!

Like I've said several times now, I can't believe we have the opportunity to take advantage of AMNG before more people realize the growth that is taking place with this company and their re-focused business plan.

This news today is incredible. There's no other way to put it!

As word of this news spreads throughout the trading day, we could see the stock climb higher and higher, so if I were you, I would be ready to take action first thing this morning before the stock is over $.40!!!

AMNG exploded this morning and has already been up as much as 156% to $.41 after the company announced that they inked another deal with Hong Kong's PanPacific Business Ltd.

Over the weekend, I correctly predicted that we could see the stock run as high as $.40 in the short-term, and I'm now predicting that we'll see AMNG surpass the $.41 mark it hit a few hours ago very, very soon.

If you think this stock is out of gas and that it's simply going to flounder from here, you will soon find yourself to be sorely mistaken in my opinion.

The word about this stock is already beginning to spread. I've even been told that other newsletters are picking up coverage of AMNG which could send hundreds of additional buyers into the stock at any time now.

Anyways, the reality of the situation is this....it's lunch time right now and the stock is taking a breather which is typical for most stocks during this time of the day.

If you weren't able to get in right away this morning because the stock shot up too fast, this dip into the $.30s could be the best thing that ever happened to you.

Once people come back from lunch, we could see AMNG run into the close, especially with the additional newsletter coverage I'm beginning to see take place!

Don't let this opportunity pass you by! AMNG in the $.30s looks like a steal to me!
