My new big pick is IXEH.

IXEH just went public through a reverse merger a few months ago and I believe with the recent activities could see some huge upside.
I don't know if IXEH will be my next 1,000% gainer like CVRG or 800% winner like SFIO but it does look attractive based on some of their recent news.
The solar sector is one of the hottest industries right now and continues to grow at an exponential rate.
What if I told you that IXEH could get China like wages to the tune of $.23 to $1.25 an hour per employee to build solar panels?
On top of that provide the solar panels to government agencies which usually provide the biggest contracts.
This is exactly what IXEH is setting up to do. Get solar panels from prison labor!!! IXEH has established agreements in place with Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR) will enable them to obtain solar panels assembled and produced in the U.S. for sales to the federal government, which is the single largest user of energy in the U.S."
With IXEH currently trading under $0.50 a share I believe the upside potential is there for huge gains.

My new big pick is IXEH.

Some of the biggest companies in the world right got big by government contracts. The government gives out contracts that could keep a company busy for a decade.
Dell Computers used this strategy to grow from a dorm room operation into a multi billion dollar business by supplying computers to government and educational institutions.
The Federal Government is out spending again and this time IXEH could benefit big!
The federal government has a mandate to increase its renewable energy use to 5% by 2010, and to 7.5% by 2013. The "Green" revolution has just barely begun and IXEH has positioned themselves to take advantage of this.
Solar is a huge industry but it's still in the infancy stages. One day every home and business will be equipped with solar panels.
IXEH is a very interesting company, as I started doing my research I couldn't help but believe this is one of Wall Street's big secret.
Let me explain the whole story.
Many people may not realized but the US Gov. is using prison labor and making lots of money. In 2007 a company called Unicor achieved $853 million in sales and $45.8 million in profits. This company is owned by the US Gov and operates off voluntary prison labor. You can learn more about Unicor at http://www.unicor.gov (http://rs6.net/tn.jsp?et=1102583521461&s=50267&e=001SvDmxSjUUEUywCApl42q5XDYuxmU4Nw4NsdreHouAQbZ5-0pCBJ9WJJvI16c0OmXH4DoEMKmkvzTajam3BFaLDJBTeRoQzrF aMv3kyo2c8A=)
Unicor has built a solar panel assembly plant at it's prison facility in Otisville, NY. Unicor then strikes a deal with Nasdaq trading Spire for $55 Million to supply solar cells.
IXEH and Spire are working together.
After digging in deep into IXEH's annual 10k filings I found this except:
In 2008 we (IXEH) entered into a five year sales and marketing agreement with UNICOR pursuant to which IX Energy provides sales and marketing for the UNICOR assembled solar panels at its facility in Otisville, New York and other UNICOR facilities that it may be deemed appropriate. The agreement grants us the right to market and sell to U.S. governmental customers any solar panels and related products assembled and manufactured under this agreement.
IXEH basically becomes the design, sales, and marketing arm for Unicor. Unicor generally has the inside track on contract awards for anything from the Federal Government. The Federal Government is gearing up to spend hundreds of millions on solar installations. By using the Unicor solar cells, the Federal Government is paying itself back some of the investment.
So by getting involved with IXEH you're getting involved with Unicor which is a privately owned Gov. company that is profitable!!
The volume on IXEH has just started to pick up and I believe word is starting to spread about IXEH so do your research fast, I don't know if IXEH will remain at these prices for long.

I heard about this one. Very especially when it comes to Federal Goverment contract or sector type stock. Eye is on it.

I think it might be a good momentum play. But like most of small caps it is wise to perhaps get out of all your positions but that is just me.
