I urge all of you to begin researching my latest stock pick DCMT right away because I believe that we may begin to see this stock take off soon.
Simply put, DCMT is the world's largest manufacturer of compact, page-fed scanners.
Some in the industry have even called DCMT "a world-wide leader in the design, development, manufacturing, and sale of USB powered mobile page-fed document capture solutions."
Wow....that's quite the title to hold, but I can assure you that my extensive research on this company has forced me to conclude the very same thing; that DCMT is a powerful force to be reckoned with in the paper-to-digital revolution.
I'm sitting at my desk right now with a setup that I'm sure is similar to the office that many of you have as well....computer, printer, scanner, clock, telephone, etc.
Sure, all of us have had a computer and a printer for over a decade now, but what has become another increasingly-vital piece of office equipment these past few years is the scanner. I just got my first scanner about two years ago as it's virtually impossible to get by without one these days.
As most of you are aware, scanners are typically used to convert a printed page or transparency of some sort into a graphic image for the user's computer. Using a scanner, people are able to easily email pictures, word documents, PDFs, etc. to friends and family for personal use and to business associates for work-related purposes.
What I find most-impressive about the scanner is that people have been finding new, innovative uses for it in recent years which have kept the use of this particular piece of office equipment extremely relevant (ie: using a scanner for programs that allow faxes to be sent and received via email).
We definitely don't have to worry about the scanner becoming obsolete any time soon. The paper-to-digital revolution is definitely here to stay!
But what isn't here to stay is the old, bulky scanners that first came out in the '90s.
Look at this picture of a traditional desktop scanner: http://content.answers.com/main/content/img/CDE/_CREOSCN.JPG
Now take a look at one of DCMT's scanners: http://images.tigerdirect.ca/skuimages/large/Penpower-SWOCR0031-Main.jpg
I find the difference between these two products truly startling! People don't want big scanners taking up so much room in their office anymore, and as such, they're turning towards scanners like the ones DCMT has brought to market that are not only much smaller than the traditional desktop versions, but more durable and effective as well.
Just like people are turning towards smaller computers, printers, music players, etc., people are turning more and more towards smaller scanners.
Not only are DCMT's scanners small and portable, but they are also USB powered. This is a huge advantage that many other scanners on the market don't have.
Let me explain....instead of having yet another power cord to plug into your wall or surge protector, all you have to do with one of DCMT's scanners is plug it into your computer's USB port when you're using the scanner, and then unplug it when you're done. It really couldn't get any more convenient or easier than that!
The amazing thing about DCMT is that this isn't some tiny company with "pie-in-the-sky" hopes of success.
This company has been around for nearly fifteen years.
This is a company that has continued to effectively expand its management team.
Most notably, this is a company that has been signing contracts left and right recently which is why I think it's vital we take a close look at DCMT immediately before more people begin to catch on to what is taking place here.
When the revenue from these deals starts pouring in, as well as revenue from future contracts, I have no doubts that DCMT will be much higher than its current price of $.50 a share.
Just ten days ago DCMT announced a contract with a Belgium-based transportation management solutions company called Punch Telematix, one of the leading suppliers of truck computers in the entire European Union!
The day before that contract was announced, DCMT revealed the initial agreement of a multi-phase product partnership with Unisys Corporation, a $280 million company that trades on the NYSE!
Regarding the Unisys deal, the CEO of DCMT said, "The first product orders to Unisys will commence in April of 2009 and we expect the relationship to expand with joint new product development agreements in the coming months." ----> Read closely people and you will begin to understand why I'm so excited about DCMT! It sounds like we've got lots of big news to look forward to in the near future!
As you can see, DCMT has been growing by leaps and bounds, and I can't wait to see what comes next for this company!
