Staying organized

Perhaps someone here can help me out. King Richards and Kash Jackson have brought us people here at Stockpalooza some good picks.

I am still a big board trader. I am wanting to really get involved with penny stocks. With the big exchange stuff there is volume and I can see when to get in and get out, I can follow that logic.

My challenge here is staying organized and know when I missed the boat or if I am still good to go.

Anybody have any tips? Ways to keep it all straight in your head or do you use a spreadsheet or a watch list? Also I use Etrade for my trading should I open an account for my penny stocks somewhere else?

Ugh ! any ideas?

Hey Socalgal,

Really IMO there are several things you need to watch when trading these pennies. I rely heavily on Technical Analysis and try to buy close to support as possible and of course take profits on the way up. Also level II are very important as they are in the big boards as well. Keep an eye on volume, never buy more than you'll likely be able to sell. Cover your initial investment as soon as possible! Follow and play the momentum from news releases which also requires carefully watching buys and sells to determine if its a "Buy In" news release or a "Sell off" type news release. This can usually be determined by the chart as well IMO. If its already up big then there is a better possibility that the news release will trigger profit taking. As far as etrade, I know several that trade through that platform and love it especially their level II service. I personally use scottrade but am looking into opening an account through etrade or Harmon. Having given all this wonderful advice, let me sum it up by letting it be know that I got my arse handed to me today on EVPH lol so take it for what its worth. Best of luck to ya Socalgal!

socalgal you must like MANGOS ..... but I will help you make money I don't know about organized....if you listen to me TheLipper LALALALALALA!!!!! and buy SMDI YOU KNOW Ah, ah, you know..... that is actually stock ticker symbol SMDI....my partner here has many investors, you know and ah, coming here and you know, buying you know. dont't br one of those investors in 2 weeks from know when you see the stock at 3.00 saying you know.....

MGEG isn't that the pennystock on Pinksheets or Bulletin Board? Didn't you mentioned about this doing 5 to 1 split soon?
