Here is my pick WRGL for tomorrow..

Oil prices has dropped and so has WRGL to a level where it looks stable. WRGL has been trading relatively sideways for the last 2 weeks with a slight increase the last 2 days.
Despite the overall market conditions, a lot of small caps have been making huge moves such as CCTR which did 185.71% today or IGNT which made huge gains a few weeks ago and released news again today. That might be a bouncer.
WRGL also release news after the close today which I believe is huge. WRGL announced their first commercial sized unit to extract oil from tar sands and oil shale is operational and being tested this week.
Members of various governmental agencies, state and local government officials and several major oil companies are expected to attend the private demonstrations during the last two weeks of July.
